Foam can be added to the lid to mitigate noise.

Assemble with #5-40 set screws 10-12mm long on the hinges.

The bottom latch uses 4-40 Threaded rod with 2 nylon lock nuts or with a 5-40 round head screw. 6-32 round head screws will work too if you drill out the holes properly but it fits TIGHT. That may be good if you are doing things where it could end up submerged for a longer period of time.

I have included 2 heights for the seal that should be printed in TPU. Use the one you prefer for the perfect seal. Cut threaded rod to 1.5" for all spots unless you use washers then cut to1 5/8". I have also taken the thiner seal and turned it 90 degrees so that it is installed sideways. That is a better option if you use have issues with the taller seal.
