Can anyone help? My Creality print software keeps saying my printer is offline but creality cloud is saying it’s online. I have tried to put the IP address in and it’s saying it’s not recognised. I have tried restarting laptop and printer I have even put the printer back to factory settings and still nothing. Thanks in advance
