How to reload lost filament settings or profiles in user presets. Why would you do that? I have fine tuned some filaments settings and created profiles for them in Creality Print version 6.1.1.2274 [as of May 2025] (see screenshot-->pick filament dropdown, then click on pencil at far end to get to edit screen. Make sure Advanced is turned on in the box that pops up-see other screenshot). After many failed prints and trying to figure out the problem I did several calibration test based on youtube video advice (e.g., temperature, flow rate, enable pressure advance and input rate, max volumetric speed, and retraction distance). My prints turned out much better (once I got them sticking to the build plate). Problem: I recently loaded a .3mf file or some other file that was created on another printer and it loaded that printer as an option in Creality Print. I always delete that new printer profile since I will never use them. In addition, several filament profiles are loaded in that same file. One side effect was that I lost all my print profiles. Solution: Here is how to solve that problem and get them back in Windows 11. Note: In the following path, substitute the items in #bold with your computer specific ones. There is probably only one option that makes sense in each of those subdirectories. Open Creality Print. Open Windows Explorer and Navigate to --> C:\Users\#WINDOWSUSER\AppData\Roaming\Creality\Creality Print\6.0\user\#YOURCREALITYID\filament Highlight all the filament profiles (.info and .json) and drag and drop them anywhere into Creality Print. As you are dragging them the mouse should show a COPY icon. This worked for me to get my filament settings/profiles back.
