I'm having an interesting issue where after every print on my k2 plus combo the print has finished, but the printer doesn't retract the filament until I hit retry. I get the attached message. omwhen I hit retry, it retracta, and releases the print, but leaves the hotend on at 220C indefinitely. Anyone else experience this? I'm using creality print to slice all my files and this happens every print.
