First Successful Stacked Print on My K1 SE – Tips & Settings Just finished my first stack print on the K1 SE: four 8 × 8 cm stack-boards in one go. Total time was about 16 hours. At first I tried printing a single board and couldn’t figure out why the base kept lifting/falling off even though the bed was clean and prepped. The key was in the settings: Walls: 3 wall loops (default is only 2). Brim: Inner brim 5 mm, one layer. Filament: Only one type per stack – don’t mix. Ironing: Turn ironing on for all top surfaces, not just the final “ultimate” top. This is what actually makes the layers separate cleanly after printing. Without it, the boards will weld together. Separating the parts after printing: Use a thin, strong object (small screw, awl, or similar). Poke into the inner part of a circle at the outer edge of the stack and work your way around; the layers start to peel apart. There’s a good YouTube video showing this process + the slicer settings on multiboard.io. I’m planning a 2 × 1 m wall of these, so a lot more stack prints to go – but with these settings it finally works.
