Good morning, I was hoping someone could assist me in connecting my brand new CR10-smart-pro 3D printer. I have attempted using the QR code, using Bluetooth, and manual entry. none of them have worked. I am able to see that the printer receives a DHCP lease from my firewall. The only error message I ever get is completely useless. It says there was a device error and to add it again. any assistance would be welcome. Scott
