I have been trying for over a week to cancel Creative Cloud on this computer. For some reason it setup a different account on this pc. I have a premium account working on my smartphone and a different pc. I am trying to cancel this unwanted account, so I can get my good account working on this pc. I went through chat, and they said they would see what they could do, and they would let me know. Well they never got back to me, or even gave me a reference number for my problem. I can not cancel the account because my email and phone are not binded. If I try to bind them, I never get the code to enter.
