new to the 3d printer world and trying to get started up. I got the ender 3 neo printer. what's the best program to design and slide your image and print out. also trying to use the printer to make my wife's cookie cutters she wants that she doesn't have. let me know what's the best program you guys use to draw or make 3d prints from an image. please and thank you for your time
